Job Description
Job Title: Mortgage and Protection Advisor
Location: Thanet Area - office-based
Salary: Basic salary of up to £30,000 plus realistic OTE of £70,000 - £100,000
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm, with alternate Saturdays 9am-5pm (total of 5 days per week)

Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage and Protection Advisor:
Provide expert mortgage advice to customers, guiding them through their home buying journey
Work closely with the branch team to maximise opportunities and deliver a seamless customer experience
Drive profitability and growth of your branch as if it were your own business
Build relationships and convert property valuations into completed mortgage applications
Stay ahead of market trends and become the go-to mortgage expert in your area
Collaborate with your team to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations
Contribute to a positive, customer-focused branch cultureExperience required for the role of Mortgage and Protection Advisor:
Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets
Experience advising on mortgage products (CeMAP qualified or equivalent preferred)
Full UK driving licence (may occasionally need to visit local branches)
Must live within a 40-minute drive of your base office
Customer-focused mindset, with a genuine passion for helping people secure their homes
Driven and ambitious, thriving in a fast-paced environment
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic aligned with values of honesty, respect and trust
