* 10+ pre-qualified leads per week
* 2–3 mortgage completions per week
* Full admin support

Package
* £27,000 – £29,000 Basic
* £1,000 monthly guarantee (6 months)
* Uncapped commission
* £55,000 – £70,000+ OTE
Requirements
* CeMAP qualified
* Experience as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
* Strong sales ability
* Driven to achieve high earnings
