Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker – Sandbach | High Earnings + Warm Leads Provided
Location: Sandbach
Basic Salary: Up to £29,000 (including Car Allowance)
Financial Guarantees: Up to £40,000 for the first 6 months
OTE: £50,000 Year 1 | £70,000+ Year 2
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Are you an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker looking for high earnings, quality leads, and long-term career progression?
Cameron James Professional Recruitment is proud to be representing an award-winning estate agency in Sandbach, now hiring a CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Advisor to join their high-performing team. You’ll benefit from 10+ quality appointments a week, no cold calling, and a generous commission structure.
The Role:
* Provide whole-of-market mortgage advice to new and existing clients.
* Handle 10+ hot leads weekly from the estate agency team.
* Offer full advice on life insurance, critical illness, and income protection.
* Average case size of £2,500 = high commission earnings.
* Manage mortgages on properties between £270,000–£800,000+.
Requirements:
* CeMAP (1, 2 & 3) or equivalent qualification.
* Experience as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker (estate agency, bank, or network).
* Ideally CAS status (training provided if not).
* Strong communication, sales drive, and full UK driving licence.
