Basic Salary – £30,000 £35,000 + Commission (OTE £55,000 - £60,000)
Our client is a successful independent Estate Agent who are looking for a Mortgage Broker for their Cheshunt office. The successful candidate will work within a great team offering potential clients an outstanding service and have exceptional knowledge within the industry; therefore, you must be able to work well in a team environment, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary. You will be an experienced Mortgage Broker with excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have:
* An entrepreneurial approach to business
* Motivation, drive and determination
* Experience of working in a target-driven, customer-focused environment

* Expert knowledge of the new-build mortgage and protection markets
* The ability to build relationships with the estate agency team and other departments
* Business development skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
