Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker – Hybrid Working – Headington, Oxford – High Earnings
Cameron James Professional Recruitment is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker to join a leading estate agency in Headington, Oxford. This is a hybrid working role (3 days in office, 2 days from home) with high earnings of £60,000–£80,000 OTE on a self-employed basis.
You’ll receive pre-booked leads from a busy estate agency (20+ sales per month, avg. property value £480k), plus enhanced commission splits on self-generated business.
Requirements:
* 2+ years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
* CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
* Whole-of-market knowledge
* Strong client-facing & communication skills
