Kent (within 1 hour of Rochester)
Basic up to £31,000 + Benefits + Uncapped Commission

🚀 The Opportunity
Cameron James Professional Recruitment is working with a leading, award-winning estate agency brand seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker in Kent. This is a home-working role with consistent quality leads, strong admin support, and a commission structure that offers high earnings from day one.
You’ll receive 7–10 new appointments per week, plus access to a large existing client base for remortgages and protection advice.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise on a full range of mortgage & protection products (purchase, remortgage, buy-to-let, new build).
* Convert estate agency and database leads into successful completions.
* Deliver FCA-compliant, whole-of-market advice.
* Build long-term client relationships and manage your own pipeline.

* Basic salary up to £31,000 DOE.
* Uncapped commission – realistic high earnings £55k+ Year 1.

🎯 About You
* CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified – Level 1 essential.
* Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.
* Strong knowledge of residential mortgage and protection products.
* Motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
* Based in Kent or commutable to Rochester.
