Home-Based Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker – West Midlands
* Birmingham | Wolverhampton | Coventry | Solihull | Walsall | Dudley | West Bromwich | Surrounding Areas
* Basic Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 (including car allowance)
* OTE: £50,000 – £60,000+ | High Earnings | All Leads Provided
* Full-Time | Employed | Remote / Work from Home
The Opportunity
Are you a qualified Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker looking for a flexible home-based role with all leads provided and realistic high earnings?
We are working with a leading whole-of-market brokerage expanding across the West Midlands. With a consistent flow of pre-qualified appointments, you’ll focus on advising clients on mortgages and protection while enjoying the benefits of working remotely.
What’s On Offer?
* £27,000 – £29,000 basic salary (including car allowance)
* Monthly financial guarantees for 6 months
* Uncapped commission – OTE £50k–£60k+ (high earnings)
* 5–7 pre-qualified mortgage leads each week – all leads provided
* Fully home-based role with admin & compliance support
About You
* CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
* 6–12 months’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
* Strong communication & client relationship skills
* Self-motivated, professional, and comfortable in a home-based role
