Job Description

We are looking for a Mortgage Case Manager who is proactive, client-focused, and ready to join a team that genuinely enjoys what they do. Our client is a leading specialist mortgage brokerage, known for their creative approach and strong industry connections. They work across Development Finance, Bridging Loans, and Buy to Let Mortgages and help clients get solutions that really work for them.

 The role comes with a salary of £25,000 to £30,000, plus a generous bonus structure. You will also benefit from a supportive team, the freedom to get creative, and the option to work from home on Fridays.

 What you will be doing:
Managing property finance applications from start to finish
Checking clients’ financial situations and investment credibility
Building and maintaining relationships with clients, lenders, and partners
Reviewing loan files and credit documentation
Ensuring compliance across all clients and transactions
Analysing credit histories and financial statements
Providing ongoing client supportWhat is in it for you:
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
Generous bonus with top performers earning £2,500 plus per month
25 days’ holiday, plus bank holidays and Christmas closure
Office in South Manchester Monday to Thursday, with home on Fridays
Standard hours: 9am to 5pmAbout you: You will succeed in this role if you:

Have experience handling property finance, mortgages, or bridging loans
Understand Buy to Let, bridging, or commercial property finance
Are organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple priorities
Communicate clearly and build strong relationships
Are comfortable with IT, financial software, and administrative tasks
