Location: Home-Based – Covering North West England: Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Stoke-on-Trent, Stafford, Crewe, Warrington, Wigan, Liverpool, Preston, Bolton, Blackburn, Rochdale, Bury, Stockport, and Manchester
Remuneration Package:
* Basic Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (DOE)
* Company Car or Car Allowance
* Financial Guarantees: Up to £75,000 for the first 9 months
* Pension Scheme + Death in Service (DIS) Benefit

* On-Target Earnings (OTE): £85,000 – £95,000+

Overview:
Are you an ambitious Mortgage Sales Manager or Mortgage Sales Supervisor looking for a career-defining leadership opportunity in one of the UK’s most successful and fast-growing mortgage brokerages?
We’re recruiting on behalf of a nationally recognised mortgage brokerage, seeking a skilled, driven, and experienced Mortgage Sales Manager to lead, grow, and develop a high-performing team of Mortgage Advisors across North West England, from Birmingham to Manchester. This is a home-based role offering high earnings, autonomy, and long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and support a team of 7–10 experienced Mortgage Advisors working on a whole-of-market basis.
* Oversee advisor performance using KPIs, pipeline reviews, and 1-2-1 mentoring.
* Recruit new Mortgage Advisors across the North West, using recruitment platforms, referrals, and social channels.
* Work closely with the Financial Services Director to align strategies and drive regional performance.
* Help team members grow their client base, increase revenue, and achieve high earnings through targeted business development initiatives.
* Uphold industry standards and FCA compliance across all activity.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with introducers, developers, and estate agency partners across the region.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with at least 5 years' experience in a Mortgage Sales Manager or Mortgage Sales Supervisor role.
* Proven leadership track record with experience managing remote teams.
* Ability to recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier Mortgage Advisors.
* Data-driven approach to managing KPIs, performance, and coaching outcomes.
* Skilled in business development and client relationship growth strategies.
* Strong understanding of whole-of-market mortgage and protection products.
* Full UK driving licence, clean credit history, and no unspent criminal convictions.
* Based within or with easy access to Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Staffordshire, Cheshire, Manchester, or surrounding areas.
