Job Description
Mortgage Completions & Servicing Specialist
We’re looking for a dedicated team player to join our Completions & Mortgage Servicing team. This role covers all post-offer activities, including completions, solicitor queries, customer support, Consumer Duty responsibilities, and complaint handling. You’ll also work closely with senior leadership to support both Primary and Special Servicing processes.
Key Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert for mortgage completions & servicing

Be a main customer contact and Consumer Duty champion
*
Deliver day-to-day servicing and administrative tasks
*
Ensure service levels and third-party SLAs are met

Provide regular MI reporting and carry out oversight & quality checksBefore You Apply
