Job Description
Belmont Recruitment are looking for an experienced Mosaic Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the Mosaic Implementation Programme at Calderdale Borough Council. This role will be central to the successful delivery, adoption, and embedding of the Mosaic system across both Adult Services & Wellbeing and Children & Young People’s Services.
The Role
*
Provide subject matter expertise on Mosaic forms, workflows, and reference data.
*
Support data quality assurance, identification, and correction.
*
Contribute to data migration, shaping and matching system data.
*
Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and execution.
*
Guide on go-live processes, post-go-live case pickup, and workflow migration.
*
Work closely with project teams, presenting updates to senior stakeholders and board members.
About You
*
Proven expertise in Mosaic configuration, forms, and workflows.
*
Strong understanding of reference data and its critical role in Mosaic.
*
Experience with Adult Social Care and/or Children’s Social Care services.
*
Confident working under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
*
Comfortable leading tasks and presenting to senior project stakeholders.
*
Task-driven, organised, and committed to delivery.
What’s on Offer

Competitive day rate (£450 – £550, Outside IR35).

8-month contract with the potential for extension.
