Mosaic Trainer
3-Month Rolling Contract

Aatom Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Mosaic Trainer to work on behalf of a Local Authority on a 3-month rolling contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within Wokingham Borough Council's Children's Mosaic Improvement Programme, supporting the successful delivery and adoption of system and practice improvements across Children's Services.
Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programmes that enable staff to confidently utilise new Mosaic workflows, system functionality, and recording practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver tailored Mosaic training to Children's Services staff at all levels.
* Design and maintain training materials, user guides, quick reference documents, and e-learning resources.
* Undertake training needs analysis to identify learning requirements across service areas.
* Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), operational leads, and project teams to ensure training content aligns with service requirements and statutory responsibilities.
* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), early adopter groups, workshops, drop-in sessions, and go-live activities.
* Update training materials in line with system developments and user feedback.
* Deliver training in line with programme implementation timelines and phased rollouts.
* Evaluate training effectiveness and produce feedback reports to support continuous improvement.
Key Deliverables
* High-quality and up-to-date training materials and resources.
* Training schedules aligned to programme milestones and implementation phases.
* Accurate training records and attendance logs.
* Feedback reports and improvement action plans.
* Increased user confidence and adoption of Mosaic functionality and processes.
Essential Experience
* Proven experience delivering IT systems or application training within a Local Authority, Social Care, or Public Sector environment.
* Strong knowledge of Liquidlogic Mosaic or a similar social care case management system.
* Experience developing and delivering both classroom-based and virtual training.
* Ability to explain complex processes in a clear, engaging, and accessible way.
* Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders including Social Workers, Team Managers, Business Support teams, and senior leaders.
* Understanding of safeguarding practices, data protection requirements, and frontline social care environments.
Desirable Experience
* Previous experience supporting a Mosaic implementation, upgrade, or transformation programme.
* Knowledge of Family Help reforms and Ofsted frameworks.
* Experience creating and managing e-learning content.
* Recognised Training, Learning & Development, or Teaching qualification.
