Our client, a reputable automotive service centre in Portsmouth, Hampshire, is actively seeking a professional and experienced MOT Supervisor.

As an MOT Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards and delivering excellent service to customers.

Maintain full, continuous compliance of the MOT station in line with DVSA regulations.
Oversee quality control processes and deliver training support to all MOT team members.
Conduct comprehensive audits across MOT locations.
Complete daily MOT tests as scheduled in the work diary.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a highly professional manner and exceptional efficiency.
Strong attention to detail is a must.
Must be experienced working on a wide range of vehicle makes and models
A current MOT licence is essential.Requirements for MOT Supervisor:
Recognised MOT Tester qualification
Proven experience in a fast-paced automotive environment
Strong understanding of MOT testing regulations
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to lead and motivate team members
Valid driving licence
