Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled MOT Tester to join our client's busy Cardiff centre. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced automotive professionals to join one of the UK's leading tyre and fast-fit centre groups. The successful MOT Tester will play a vital position in ensuring vehicle safety and delivering exceptional customer service.

Healthcare provisions and additional benefits to support wellbeingDuties of the MOT Tester:
Conduct all aspects of MOT testing in compliance with Government standards
Support customers through the testing process, including progress updates and explaining reasons for test failure when applicable
Diagnose and carry out associated service and repair work where necessary
Maintain accurate records of testing and repairs
Work collaboratively within a friendly workshop team to ensure smooth workflow
Provide excellent customer service to foster lifelong customer relationships
Support workshop duties and assist with general workshop support as required as an MOT TesterRequirements:
Active Class 4 and 7 MOT testing licence
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or proven automotive experience with an active MOT licence
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
