🚗 MOT Tester Wanted – Eastleigh Area

Are you ready to rev up your career? Our client is looking for an experienced MOT Tester to join their garage team—where cars get checked, serviced, and occasionally given a friendly talking-to!

Why this role will drive you crazy—in a good way:

  * Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm (weekends free for actual fun)

  * Up to £38,000 basic + roughly £4,000 bonus (OTE £42,000)

  * 21 days holiday + Bank Holidays, your birthday off, and a Christmas shutdown (3–4 days not taken from your holiday allowance)

  * Friendly team, supportive environment—no engine too stubborn!

What you’ll be doing (besides looking sharp in overalls):

  * Carrying out MOTs to DVSA standards—making sure every car is roadworthy and every driver can sleep easy

  * Light servicing and mechanical TLC for our four-wheeled friends

  * Keeping the workshop ticking over like a well-oiled machine

Who we’re looking for:

  * MOT Tester licence? ✅ Essential

  * Experience with light servicing ✅ Check!

  * Attention to detail and a love for vehicles that purr? ✅ Must have

  * Full UK driving licence? ✅ Needed for those test drives
