Job Description
We are working on behalf of a reputable main dealer in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, to recruit an experienced MOT Tester. This is a vital role within a well-established team dedicated to maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional service.
Benefits:
Basic salary dependent on experience, with OTE up to £37,000
Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30am – 5:00pm, with no weekend work

Modern workshop facilities designed for efficiency and comfortDuties of an MOT Tester:
Conducting Class 4 and 7 MOT tests in accordance with DVSA standards
Completing MOT documentation accurately and efficiently
Ensuring compliance with DVSA testing regulations
Supporting the workshop team with general duties as needed
Using manufacturer systems and video reporting technology
Collaborating with technicians to optimise workshop productivity
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detailRequirements of an MOT Tester:
Valid Class 4 and 7 MOT Testing Licence with up-to-date DVSA assessment
Proven experience as an MOT Tester within a dealership or independent garage
Experience as a Motor Vehicle Technician is advantageous but not essential
Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship
Full UK driving licence
