We have two fantastic opportunities to join our small, friendly team at a well-established main dealership in Southampton:
* MOT Tester (Class 4)
* Vehicle Technician (Service Level)
* Choice of hours with overtime available
* Monday to Friday only – no weekends!
* To £17 per hour DOE (OT at time and ½)

Role 1: MOT Tester
As an MOT Tester, you’ll carry out Class 4 MOT tests to DVSA standards, ensuring vehicles are inspected thoroughly and accurately.
Key responsibilities:
* Perform MOT tests and related checks to a high standard
* Ensure compliance with DVSA regulations
* Advise on repairs and maintenance needs where required
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
* Current Class 4 MOT Tester licence
* Strong attention to detail and quality standards
* Full UK driving licence
Role 2: Vehicle Technician
As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll perform a full range of servicing, diagnostics, and repair work on a variety of vehicles, following manufacturer specifications.
Key responsibilities:
* Carry out servicing, repairs, and diagnostics efficiently and accurately
* Work to manufacturer and dealership standards
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Support the workshop team as needed
Requirements:
* Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
* Experience working in a dealership or independent garage
* Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
* Full UK driving licence
What We Offer
* Salary up to £17 per hour (based on experience)
* Main dealer training and development
* Choice of 39 or 42.5-hour week
* Overtime paid at time and a half
* Full company sick pay
* Monday–Friday only – no weekends!
