🛠️ Motor Trade Service Advisor – Main Dealer Opportunity | Christchurch Area 🛠️
Are you organised, personable, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a Service Advisor to join our busy main dealer team in the Christchurch area. This is your chance to develop your career in the motor trade while working in a professional, supportive environment.
🔑 What’s on Offer:
* Salary: Up to £32,000 basic
* Bonus: £400 per month for hitting performance targets
* Holidays: 20 days + bank holidays
* Main Dealer Opportunity: Work with leading brands and industry-standard systems
* Career Progression: Opportunities to develop within a growing dealership
🕒 Working Hours:
* Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
* 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:30am – 12:30pm
📋 Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as the main point of contact for customers booking, collecting, and enquiring about service and repair work
* Liaising with technicians and management to ensure efficient workshop operations
* Providing accurate service estimates, managing appointments, and maintaining service records
* Delivering an outstanding customer experience at every stage of the service journey
* Promoting additional products and services to meet dealership targets
👤 About You:
* Previous experience in a service advisor or customer-facing role within the motor trade is desirable, but full training can be provided for the right candidate
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Customer-focused, professional, and reliable
* Able to manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail
