Boston Rose have an excellent and exciting opportunity for a Motor Vehicle Tutor to step into a new and rewarding role.
Our client is looking for a skilled tutor, instructor or lecturer to deliver entry and level 1 motor vehicle mechanics at their well-equipped site in Margate, Kent. The role involves taking 2 small groups of young adults (16-25 years old) from knowing little about car maintenance and repair to being budding mechanics. You will see each group from start to finish across their 2-year course, you will bond with students and build relationships during their time in education, and you will act not only as a tutor but as a mentor and role model.
The role also involves extracurricular activities like outdoor excursions, residential trips, and a trip abroad once a year! Along with many perks and exciting opportunities.
This role gives someone an opportunity to grow as a teacher and as a leader, they are experiencing exponential growth year-on-year so it is very likely leadership opportunities will open up soon.
