Job Description
Are you experienced with the use of Wood Moulder Machines?
Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Permanent Moulder, based in Hartlepool. The successful candidate will be working as part of our production team, running a Wadkin Moulder Machine to manufacture top-quality wood products. Setting up the machine, keeping an eye on quality, you'll play a key part in making sure everything runs smoothly.
Moulder Main Duties and Responsibilities
Set up and operate the moulder to produce timber mouldings and components
Change and set up tooling for different jobs
Check the quality of finished products and make adjustments as needed
Keep your work area tidy and follow all health & safety rules
Help with routine maintenance and sorting out minor machine issues
Work closely with your teammates and supervisor to get the job done
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Previous experience running a wood moulder in a factory setting
Good understanding of machine setup and tooling
Keen eye for detail and pride in your work
Reliable, hard-working, and a team player
Willingness to muck in and help where needed
