I'm working with a forward-thinking, well-respected construction consultancy that's looking to expand its team with a talented Building Surveyor in the South West. The Opportunity
You'll be joining a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team delivering work across the commercial, education, heritage, and residential sectors. From pre-acquisition surveys and dilapidations to project work and party wall matters-this isn't a one-trick-pony kind of role.

What You'll Be Doing
A mix of professional and project services including surveys, dilaps, party wall and project delivery
Building and maintaining strong client relationships-think trusted advisor, not just service provider
Working on a variety of interesting portfolios across sectors
Supporting junior team members (if that's your thing)What I'm Looking For
MRICS qualified (essential - you've earned those letters!)
Experience across core Building Surveying services
