We're working with a growing and dynamic team of chartered surveyors delivering expert residential and commercial surveying services across the UK.
They're looking for a confident, qualified surveyor to play a key role in their Manchester office - leading Home Buyer Surveys (Level 2 & 3) and supporting the continued growth of the residential division. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's passionate about quality, customer service, and making a real impact in a close-knit, professional team.
What you'll be doing:
Undertaking Level 2 and Level 3 RICS Homebuyer Surveys and Building Surveys
Helping manage and grow the residential surveying team
Delivering clear, concise, and proactive reports to clients
Supporting a client-first culture through high-quality service and communication
What we're looking for:
MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor
Strong residential surveying experience (especially Home Buyer Surveys)
A proactive, organised, and client-focused approach
Based in or around Manchester, with a full UK driving licence
