Job Title: Chartered Quantity Surveyor
Location: London (with some hybrid working - because even QSs deserve a break from the commute)

You'll be front and centre with clients, steering projects from early feasibility through to final account sign-off, and working across a seriously varied portfolio - think commercial, retail, industrial, and a few surprises along the way.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading on cost planning and management for a range of construction projects (no two days look the same here)
Running the numbers pre- and post-contract: feasibility studies, tender reports, procurement, and final accounts
Getting involved in business development - building relationships and spotting opportunities to grow the service line
Advising clients with the kind of commercial insight that makes them want you in every project meeting
Balancing technical know-how with the diplomacy of a seasoned relationship-builder
What You'll Bring
BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) and MRICS status
Solid knowledge of JCT contracts (other forms welcome too)
Proven commercial cost consultancy experience - ideally across commercial, residential, and retail
Confidence to manage your own projects and inspire client trust
The ability to work independently but also be the kind of team player people actually enjoy working with
