Multi Trade Engineer (Joinery / Plumbing Bias)
📍 Central Belt (Mobile role – domestic properties)
💰 Up to £45,000 + Company Van

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Engineer to join a growing team, working across domestic properties throughout the Central Belt.

This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson with a strong background in joinery or plumbing, looking for a stable, well-paid position with a company vehicle and consistent work.

The Role:

  * Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance within domestic properties

  * Completing a mix of joinery, plumbing and general fabric works

  * Working in occupied homes, delivering high-quality workmanship

  * Fault finding and resolving maintenance issues efficiently

  * Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety standards

Requirements:

  * Completed apprenticeship in Joinery or Plumbing (essential)

  * Strong multi-trade experience within domestic environments

  * Experience working in social housing or private domestic properties

  * Ability to carry out a range of maintenance tasks independently

  * Full UK driving licence
