Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a Carpenter to join a social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis covering Croydon. A basic DBS Check will need to be carried out if successful.

Carpenter Duties:

Carry out carry out a range of carpentry repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, voids and occupied.The Successful Carpenter will be required to:

Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
Carry out works allocated by appointments
Have a valid UK Driving LicencePay Rate:

Temp - £21.40per hour (CIS)

Hours:

42.5 hours per week (Mon to Fri) 8:00am - 17:00pm with a half hour breakYou will be supplied with:

A van
Fuel card
PDA System
