Overview
ProForce Personnel Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client for dependable Multidrop Delivery Drivers to join our growing team in Gloucester, Havant and Dunstable.
You’ll be responsible for delivering parcels to residential and commercial addresses efficiently and professionally. This is not a standard drop-and-go role, attention to detail, safety, and excellent customer service are essential.
Your dedication will be rewarded with competitive pay, bonuses, and a friendly team atmosphere. The position is ideal for candidates with experience in removals, installations, or technical delivery; however, full training will be provided to the right applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load, transport, and deliver parcels to residential and commercial addresses on assigned routes.
- Complete multiple deliveries efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.
- Conduct pre- and post-delivery vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Follow planned routes and schedules using GPS navigation and delivery technology.
- Handle parcels with care, ensuring all packages are delivered in perfect condition.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status or issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Represent the company professionally, providing a positive experience for every customer.
Essential Requirements
- Age verification: Must meet minimum age requirements for insurance purposes, verified at initial contact.
- Driving licence: Hold a valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of driving experience required for insurance compliance.
- Professionalism: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
