Job Description
Summary of Role:
As a Multi Drop driver you will ensure the timely, efficient and accurate delivery of our pharmaceutical products to our customers.
1. Primary Responsibilities:
To deliver customer orders to our valued customers as detailed on the PDA or Route Manifest sheet. Ensure that all deliveries are completed on a professional manner to the specified deadlines, maintaining a safe and competent standard of driving at all times. Ensure that GDP compliance is adhered to at all times.
1. Secondary Responsibilities:
* Your vehicle is always safe and roadworthy at all times.
* The vehicles ambient and cold chain chambers are checked to be within the correct temperature range prior to loading.
* All consignments are validated prior to departing from the depot.
* Any missing parcels or errors during the delivery must be reported to the Transport Manager or authorised person immediately.
* Your vehicle is always secure and locked when making a delivery.
* The vehicles fridge unit temperature must be manually checked for compliance prior to making a cold chain delivery.
* All deliveries must be supported by a POD.
* All Control Drugs must only be signed for by the pharmacist.
* Only authorised Customer Returns may be collected from the pharmacies.
* Vehicle must remain clean and tidy at all times.
* All SOP’s and WI’s must be adhered to at all times.
Essentials Experience, Skills and Abilities:
* Full UK Driving license
* Experience as multi drop driver or similarBefore You Apply
