Job Description
We are looking for a Mobile Multi-Skilled Air Conditioning Engineer who wants to work in a diverse and hands-on role where no two days are the same.
As a Mobile Multi-Skilled Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance services across multiple client sites, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Due to continued growth and an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Multi-Skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
The Mobile Multi-Skilled Air Conditioning Engineer, will be responsible for:
* Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks in line with the SFG20 framework.
* Undertake reactive maintenance and repairs to electrical and air conditioning systems.
* Complete minor installation works and associated certification.
* Maintain and service HVAC systems, including split units, VRV/VRF systems, and heat pumps.
* Work on refrigeration equipment (e.g., chilled cabinets and ice machines) when required.
* Service and maintain systems from leading manufacturers.
* Support other engineering disciplines in the delivery of multi-skilled maintenance services.
* Ensure all work-related documentation (inspection reports, remedial logs, and worksheets) is completed accurately and on time.
* Carry out risk assessments for all tasks and obtain appropriate authorisation where required.
* Attend site meetings and training sessions as needed.
* Participate in the on-call rota and provide out-of-hours support when necessary (with additional remuneration).
* Use mobile technology (PDA or smartphone) for reporting and communication.
* Promote compliance with company Health & Safety policies, client procedures, and statutory requirements.
To be successful for this Mobile Multi-Skilled Air Conditioning Engineer role you must have:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in building services, facilities maintenance, or a related engineering field.
* City & Guilds Level 2 or higher in Air Conditioning or a related discipline.
* F-Gas Category 1 certification (City & Guilds 2079 – Safe Handling of Refrigerants).
* Electrical qualifications are desirable, including: BS7671 Wiring Regulations,C&G 2391 Electrical Inspection & Testing (desired)
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety, Permit to Work systems, and safe working practices.
* Experience with HVAC and lighting systems is highly desirable.
* Must hold a full UK driving licence.
* Must have full right to work in the UK.
