Job Description
MPR Site Services are currently supporting a well-established construction and facilities services company based in the West Cheshire area. They service a longstanding client base across Cheshire, Wirral and North Wales.
We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Builder to start on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bricklaying or roofing.
You will be given a company van to cover all building requirements for both new construction projects and renovation work across the various areas of service.
Main duties:
* Laying bricks, blocks, and other types of building materials
* Constructing and repairing walls, foundations, partitions, arches, and other structures
* Reading and working from blueprints and drawings
* Measuring and cutting materials to required size
* Mixing mortar and cement
* Filling joints with mortar and finishing them
* Cleaning and maintaining work areas and tools
* Roofing
* General building requirements
Applicants must have:
* A strong background in either bricklaying or roofing
* CSCS card
* Own tools
* Full UK driving license

The ideal candidate will be based in the West Cheshire area: Runcorn, Frodsham, Chester and surrounding areas.
