Job Description
Job Title: Multi-Skilled Tradesperson
Location: Central Oxford
Start Date: Tuesday (Next Week)
Contract: Initial 3 Months (Potential for up to 18 Months)
Overview:
We are looking for a couple of reliable and experienced multi-skilled tradespeople to join a phased refurbishment project in a retail unit located in Central Oxford. This is a long-term opportunity for the right individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Erecting boards and aqua boards
Fitting a toilet
Removing wall tiles
General refurbishment and shop fit-out tasks
Requirements:
Previous experience in general building, shop refits or similar roles
Competent in carpentry, basic plumbing, and general finishing trades
Must have own tools (basic hand tools, SDS drill, and driver gun)
Asbestos Awareness Certificate (can be arranged if not currently held)
CSCS card preferred but not essential
Additional Info:
Working hours approx. 8:30am – 4:00pm
Day rate pay structure
Parking expenses covered
