Job Description
JOB TITLE: Multi-Skilled Carpenter
INDUSTRY: Building and Construction
START DATE: ASAP
SALARY BAND: £20.00 - £24.00 per hour
LOCATION: Newquay
Multi-Skilled Carpenter required to join a residential project in Newquay. The working hours are 07:30-17:00 Monday to Friday. Our client has advised this is an ongoing role for the right candidate.
The work will involve a variety of second fix tasks, including fitting small kitchens and bathrooms, installing skirting boards, putting locks on doors, and fitting splashbacks.
The site is accessible by public transport and parking is available.
Once you have completed your assignment and Daniel Owen have secured a positive finishing reference, we will do our best to ensure you have another long-term assignment to go into.
Role & Responsibilities for a Multi-Skilled Carpenter:
Fitting kitchens and bathroom units
Installing skirting boards and architraves
Hanging doors and fitting locks
Fitting splashbacks
Supporting the site team as required
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Carpenter with second fix skills
Valid CSCS card
Full set of tools and PPE
References for similar work in a residential settingBefore You Apply
