Job Description
I am pleased to present an opportunity for a Multi-skilled Carpenter based in the Hampshire area. This position, offered temporarily for 6 months, with the option to go permanent
The hourly rate will be £23 - 25 per hour dependant on experience through an Umbrella/CIS Company
Responsibilities:
* To undertake emergency, planned repairs and maintenance, responding effectively and keeping records of all such work.
* Ensure all fabric & building faults are reported to the correct line management in a timely manner
* Plastering – able to complete various plastering works such as patch repairs or skimming.
* Plumbing – be able to plumb in kitchen appliances, bathroom suites and undertake small heating repairs.
* Bricklaying – able to take on repointing and small bricklaying tasks.
* Ceramic tiling – be able to tile kitchen and bathrooms.
