Job Description
Looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Carpenter to join a leading Property Services company based in Berkshire on a temp - perm basis
Offering up to £38,000 + company van and fuel card & benefits
Responsibilities:
Carry out responsive day to day repairs to occupied Housing Association properties
Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include carpentry/joinery, remedial plumbing, plastering, tiling etc within a social housing setting
Working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience
Previous experience kitchen and bathroom fitting would be beneficial Requirements:
Full UK driving licence as company van will be provided
Previous Carpentry repairs experience
Strong Health and Safety knowledge
