Multi-Skilled Carpenter / General Tradesperson
Central London & Greater London
Full-Time | Permanent
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Carpenter / General Tradesperson to join our busy property maintenance team. The successful candidate will work across residential properties, retail, and hospitality environments, delivering high-quality reactive maintenance and repairs.
You’ll need to be confident in carrying out a wide range of fabric maintenance tasks, working both independently and as part of a team, while providing an excellent level of service to clients.
Typical Duties Include:

General carpentry repairs and installations
*
Small glazing repairs
*
Tiling and flooring repairs
*
General fabric and finishing works
*
Reactive maintenance across a variety of property types
*
Participating in the on-call rota (1 week in 3) to attend out-of-hours emergencies
What We’re Looking For:
*
Proven experience working in residential, retail, or hospitality properties
*
Strong carpentry skills with the ability to undertake general multi-trade repairs
*
Clean, full UK driving licence
*
Confident working and driving in Central London
*
Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering a high standard of work
*
Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
