Job Description
Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Oldham, Great Manchester
3 Shift 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am
Up to £47K
We are currently looking for a strong electrical engineer to join a manufacturing company based on the outskirts of Oldham. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repair across a range of automated production machinery. You’ll use your strong electrical background to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production operations.
Responsibility’s:
Provide electrical maintenance and repair on production machinery
Carry out advanced fault finding on control systems and electrical circuits
Diagnose issues on PLCs, drives, sensors, and safety circuits
Work independently and safely, responding quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime
Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across the siteQualifications and Skills:
18th Edition
ONC or Equivalent within an engineering discipline
PLC Fault Finding
