Job Description
Our client, a leading facilities management provider, is seeking a Multi-skilled HVAC Engineer to join their team.
This is a hands-on role carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance across plant, equipment, and building services, with a strong focus on Air Conditioning Systems
The Role
* Planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and repairs.
* Optimising plant performance and managing environmental conditions via BMS systems.
* Safe refrigerant handling (F-Gas certified).
* Supervising contractors and ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
* Using CAFM systems to complete work orders accurately.
* Participating in the on-call rota and working overtime when required.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven HVAC maintenance experience.
* Multi-skilled with strong fault-finding ability.
* F-Gas certification (essential).
* Desirable: IPAF/PASMA, BMS experience, AP qualifications.
