Job Description
An established facilities maintenance company are looking to expand on their division by hiring a permanent AC engineer to work on a static site in Rochester. You will receive a generous salary and package, as well as progression opportunity and job satisfaction.

Monday to Friday (40-hour week),

Level 3 Diploma/NVQ in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems
F Gas
Full UK Driving Licence
Able to participate in an on-call rotaDay-to-day duties:
Planned maintenance, reactive maintenance
Breakdowns and repairs
Minor installation / Project work
Carrying out paperwork required (log books, RAMS, permit to work, etc.)
Over seeing subcontractors
Systems include:
Manufacturers: Carrier, Daikin, Trane, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Hitachi, and McQuay
Splits/multi-splits: filter changes, condenser changes, re-gassing
VRV/VAV/VRF: filter changes, condenser changes, re-gassing
Close control units (Denco/Liebert) within computer rooms, communications rooms, or data centres
Versatemp units
DX Units
Chillers: condenser changes, re-gassing
Ammonia Plant
Gland Packing
Heat Pumps
