Monday – Friday | 40 Hours per Week | Call-Out Rota Included
Are you an experienced Electrical or Multi Skilled Engineer ready to take full ownership of a prestigious Central London site? This is your opportunity to step into a key role with a global property maintenance powerhouse—supporting bespoke office spaces at one of London’s most iconic addresses.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing all reactive and planned maintenance activities

Handling lighting systems, minor AC works, and general M&E support
*
Ordering parts, raising and delivering on additional works
*
Maintaining exceptional standards across a single-man site
*
Participating in a call-out rota (with support from a wider team)
