Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias)

I am currently looking for a practical, electrically focused Multi-Skilled Engineer to become part of a fantastic food manufacturer in Liverpool.This role includes carrying out planned maintenance, responding to first-line breakdowns, identifying and resolving faults, and ensuring all relevant maintenance records and systems are accurately updated.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned and condition-based maintenance on electro-mechanical systems.
* Respond to breakdowns and carry out first-line diagnostics and repairs.
* Collaborate with operational teams to identify and implement equipment improvements.
* Complete risk assessments and contribute to safety and compliance practices.
* Keep accurate maintenance records using a CMMS
* Manage spares inventory and support regular stock audits.
Requirements Needed
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
* Understanding of PLC programming logic.
* Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematic drawings.
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with motion control, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
