Job Description
We’re looking for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to keep our equipment running smoothly, minimise downtime, and make a real impact in a fast-paced, modern FMCG production environment.
🔹 What you’ll do:
* Carry out electrical & mechanical maintenance and repairs
* Diagnose and fix faults to keep lines moving
* Support installation and upgrades of machinery
* Collaborate with production teams to boost efficiency
* Champion safety and compliance at every step
🧰 What you’ll bring:
* Proven multiskilled engineering experience (food, FMCG or manufacturing a plus)
* Strong electrical AND/OR mechanical troubleshooting skills
* PLC / automation knowledge desirable
* Proactive, safety-focused mindset with problem-solving flair
* Flexibility to work 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
