Tenant-Side Only | Single-Man Site (Landlord Team of Two Engineers)
We’re seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join a prestigious law firm based near St Paul’s. This is a tenant-side, single-man site position within a modern, well-maintained commercial environment.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
Salary: Up to £50,000 for the right candidate
Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for carrying out all aspects of M&E maintenance across the site. The building benefits from high-quality plant and equipment, with no highly specialist systems, making this a smooth and well-supported role.
