Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

Chippenham
Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
Up to £40,000 + Overtime + Progression

Are you a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable, site-based role with a clear route for progression?

Our client is recruiting for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a large pharmaceutical site in Chippenham. This is a long-term, well-established contract with one of the world’s leading Facilities Management companies, offering stability and genuine career progression.

You will be working as part of a team of engineers carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across the site, with the opportunity to progress into a Supervisor role in 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)

  * Respond to reactive maintenance tasks

  * Work on electrical and mechanical building services systems

  * Support the wider engineering team on site

  * Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures

What’s on Offer

  * Salary up to £40,000

  * Overtime available (1.5x / 2x rates)

  * 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays

Requirements

  * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar maintenance role

  * Multiskilled background (electrical or mechanical bias)

  * Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance

  * Ability to work well as part of a team
