Job Title: Multi-Skilled Engineer

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (days & nights)
Salary: Up to £50,000 depending on experience
Are you a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with an electrical bias looking for your next career move?
The Role:
Diagnose and support engineering breakdowns
Maintain, repair, and improve plant equipment and services in line with the preventive maintenance schedule
Install new machinery and equipment
Lead continuous improvement initiatives during planned downtime
Raise requests for spares and consumables
Meet key performance targets, including downtime reduction, work order completion, and equipment availability
Support and contribute to the preventive maintenance strategy
Carry out predictive, preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance
Maintain accurate records and report on completed workThe Candidate:
Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding and maintenance skills
Time-served multi-skilled maintenance engineer (ONC/HNC or equivalent)
17th or 18th Edition qualified
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience working with high-speed production equipment
