Job Title: Maintenance Engineer - Permanent Nights
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
Hours: Sunday to Thursday, Permanent Nights

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to join our fast-paced team on permanent night shifts. Based in Milton Keynes, this is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of a growing business with a strong commitment to engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
The Role:
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our production equipment through both planned and reactive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out fault finding, diagnostics and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment
Conducting preventative maintenance to minimise downtime
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and complies with company and legal standards
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to equipment upgrades and installations
Keeping accurate records of maintenance work using the company's CMMS
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment
Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
Ability to work independently on night shifts and respond effectively to breakdowns
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
