Location: Leek, Staffordshire.
Shifts: 4 on, 4 off (Days & Nights - 12-hour shifts)

We're recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FMCG business, where you'll play a vital role in keeping production lines running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Perform planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on a variety of automated production equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults
Minimise downtime by working closely with production teams
Support continuous improvement initiatives and reliability projects
Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and compliance standards
What We're Looking For
Time-served engineer with relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications (NVQ, HNC, City & Guilds, etc.)
Proven experience in a high-speed manufacturing or FMCG environment
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Flexible and comfortable working a 4 on, 4 off rotating shift pattern
A proactive mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency
