Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off – rotating 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm

🌟 The Role
You won’t just be turning wrenches or tightening bolts.
You’ll be keeping the heart of our high-tech facility beating – ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
From planned maintenance to real-time problem solving, you'll play a vital role in keeping the lines moving and the veg frozen!
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
*
Tackling mechanical AND electrical challenges – reactive + planned maintenance
*
Fault-finding like a pro across electrical, mechanical, and fluid systems
*
Logging maintenance records (we like traceability, almost as much as tools!)
*
Smashing KPIs and contributing to a high-performing team
*
Driving continuous improvement across the site
*
Making safety your #1 priority – always
🧠 What You Bring
*
Level 3 apprenticeship-trained or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
*
Experience in the food & drink industry? That’s a big bonus!
*
Calm under pressure, positive team player, problem-solving mindset
*
Confidence working with FMCG systems – conveyors, motors, pumps, packaging
*
HACCP & Health & Safety know-how
*
17th Edition wiring regs? Even better!
