About the Role
As a Multiskilled Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out routine and reactive maintenance across the plant to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring maximum plant availability, performance, and compliance with all safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Perform planned and unplanned maintenance activities in line with site procedures and safety protocols.
*
Investigate faults, diagnose issues, and implement solutions to ensure equipment reliability.
*
Support out-of-hours maintenance coverage to help maximise plant availability.
*
Conduct continuous condition monitoring and data logging on plant equipment.
*
Maintain accurate records of work completed via the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
*
Produce and present technical reports and updates as required.
*
Supervise and support internal and external personnel on-site, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
*
Provide cover for the Maintenance Coordinator role when required.
*
Ensure effective planning and resource allocation for all maintenance tasks.
*
Adhere strictly to site SHE (Safety, Health, and Environmental) policies and procedures.
Skills and Experience Required
*
Time-served apprenticeship in a relevant discipline (mechanical/electrical/instrumentation).
*
Strong background in power generation, utilities, or a heavy process environment.
*
Proven CMMS experience.
*
High level of technical awareness with excellent problem-solving skills.
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*
Good IT literacy and ability to generate technical documentationBefore You Apply
