Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Cheshire West & Chester
Salary: £50,000 - £52,300 + excellent benefits
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights, 12-hour shifts)
Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled or Electrical Maintenance Engineer ready to take on a pivotal role within an award-winning food manufacturing business? We're partnering with a highly successful, growing organisation investing heavily in its future, including a multi-million-pound programme to drive automation in its processes. This is your chance to genuinely influence and shape an 'engineering team of the future.
We're looking for a time-served Electrical Engineer, ideally apprentice-trained, with a proven background in food manufacturing. You'll be the kind of engineer who cuts through the noise, gets to the root of the problem, and delivers solutions that keep production moving.
What you'll bring:

Electrical Expertise: You're adept at fault finding on PLC and control circuits, and confident with variable speed drives. Experience with Electrical Control Automation systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens) is highly valued.

Mechanical Acumen: You're capable of fault finding on pneumatic systems and competent with changing seal kits on high and low-pressure centrifugal pumps.

Installation Prowess: You have a solid track record in electrical and mechanical installations.

Industry Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer within the food industry is required.

Qualified: You are a Qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer.
