Job Title: Multi Skilled Engineer
Salary: £46,500 + Door-to-Door Travel
Location: London
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Holidays: 25 Days + Bank Holidays

What you'll be doing:
As a Multi Skilled Engineer, reporting directly to the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance and compliance of engineering systems within a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. Your main responsibilities will include:

Planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on low voltage electrical systems
*
Routine PPM tasks aligned with the SFG20 framework
*
Responding to emergency situations (e.g., boiler failures)
*
Using diagnostic and test equipment to maintain and repair plant and systems
*
Ensuring system checks comply with current legislation
*
Managing contractors and ensuring safe working practices
*
Completing risk assessments and relevant documentation
What we're looking for:

Experience in Engineering Services Maintenance
*
Skilled in troubleshooting air conditioning systems
*
Periodic inspection qualification (desirable)
*
Background in PFI or education contracts preferred
*
Strong problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills
*
Ability to adapt and reprioritise in a dynamic environment
