Job Description

Water hygiene checks - L8 checks  Emergency lighting checks  Daily, weekly and monthly PPM checks  Basic electrics depending upon qualifications (competency)  Clearing and tidying up of common areas, plant rooms, store rooms etc  Repairing safety hazards  Installation of appliances and machines  Liaison with contractors and suppliers (control of permits, escorting duties, managing safety)  Managing deliveries of items  Attend reactive breakdowns actively triaging intervention or sub contractor call outs  Complete/ assist completion of PPM regimes  Monitor stock and start ordering procedure  Ensure all records are up-to-date  Meter readings Skills Mechanical/Plumbing NVQ 2&3 or equivalent. - Essential Experience of High Pressure systems - Desired Electrical Skills - Knowledge Advantageous - Experience in a similar role - Desired Knowledge of TFM Contracts Proficient in the use of I.T. (Word,Excel,CAFM systems) Knowledge Health & Safety legislation (IOSH Managing Safely) and Company procedures COSHH Water Hygiene Site technical systems Facilities management services Company Quality procedures Company Environmental Management plan and local procedures ENGIE Quality & Environmental Management Systems IT business support systems including SAP and Planon CAFM system Personal Attributes Safety conscious Client-focussed Flexible Team player Ability to work on own initiative Good communication and customer service skills Good organisational skills Personable with ability to interact with confident at all levels Physically fit
